What is laughing?
Laughing has a lot of benefits. You have fun, secondly physical changes occur in the body. Laughing helps to combat stress and alleviate tension. Your brain produces endorphins when you laugh. Why then in our daily lives aren’t we laughing more often? That is down to many things. Some reasons are the way in which the work force and the world have developed, and the simple fact of forgetting to enjoy life. Smiling is infectious you catch it like the flue, when someone smiled at me today I started smiling too.
As I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin, I realised I passed it on to him.
