    Whenever we get a great idea we should act within seconds, feel the difference.
  2. Sing to Your Plants.
    They will love it just as much as we do
  3. Papier Maché
    A great way to get messy, have fun and use up old newspapers. (p.s. you can make a cheap friendly cornflour paste)
  4. Favourite Activities
    List your favourite pastimes and make it a goal to do at least two of them in the next month (or two a week)
  5. The Mirror
    Find a way to entertain yourself with a mirror, whether it’s photography, a drawing, making funny faces, etc.

  1. One Word, One Story
    Choose a word, take a minute and write everything that comes into your head. Good, now make a story with all the words.
  2. Funny Face
    Make a series of faces, feel the muscles, how you can move and manipulate them to create different faces. Take photos or a video.
  3. Paint with your food
    Sounds dirty, right? Wrong! Did you know you can make lots of natural paints with foodstuffs. Besides,it’s fun!
  4. Tracing Paper
    Go outside with some tracing paper and trace some strange things, you can make a collage or a picture. You can also mount different tracings together.
  5. Favourite Song
    Put on your favourite song, interpet it however it makes you feel. Dance it, close your eyes and listen to the words, move the body, whatever comes naturally!

  1. A Photo a Day
    Take a photo everyday for a week, then make a story from these photos. Publish it!
  2. 5 Second Sketch
    Look at an object and in 5 seconds draw it. Make a series!
  3. Eyes Closed
    Thnk of a word. Close your eyes and draw it, feel the drawing instead of seeing it.
  4. Pooh Sticks
    From one side of the bridge drop some sticks in the river and then run to the other side and wait to see which stick wins. Play with friends, who’s the winner?
  5. Dance Your Name
    If you like moving your body, make a move for every letter of your name and dance it!

  1. Give Thanks
    So often we wait for things to happen before we say thank you. How about giving thanks first and watch as the universe unfolds before you?
  2. Love In The Mirror
    Stand in front of the mirror, look yourself in the eye and say out loud ‘I LOVE YOU’ really say it with emotion and passion. Do this everyday. Fall in love with yourself.
  3. Laugh Your Socks Off
    Laugh. Really it’s that simple. Laugh, laugh and laugh your socks off. Your body will thank you and you will generate wonderful sensations.
  4. Drawing of the Future
    How do you want your future to be? Draw it out and work towards it, don’t worry about how you are going to get there just look at where you are now and where you want to be and start making steps, no matter how small.
  5. Energy Ball
    Energy is everywhere, you and I are energy. You can feel the energy between your hands, just imagine there is a big ball between them really focus and breathe deeply and tune in to the energy. Play with it.

    Get out there let the rain run down through your hair and soak up the awe.

    Gather some bits and bobs from nature and make a picture. Leaves, sticks and stones can be great.

    Challenge yourself to read upside down. A bit of fun and good brain training.
  4. Hug Yourself
    Before you get up in the morning, hug yourself and say hello.

    Walk with a smile on your face, you’ll feel good and others too.
